Online classes are scary! People will think and is true.
Students for the first time are encountered with many programs that they need to master in order to succeed in their classes. For instance they need to know how to open blackboard, use power point, or save documents using PDF format.
Teachers sometimes are not aware that their students do not know these programs and that it is really a hassle for the students because they need to learn them while they are doing their projects and they are a waste of precious time.
How can we solve this problem?
